Available Position (1 OPENING POSITION) 

(Bobarista – Fort Myers Gulf Coast Town Center location)

Bobarista are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing boba smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the best and exciting Boba Tea or Smoothie to help them reach their fun, fresh and healthy goals.

Responsibilities:

• Availability to work weekends

• Ability to lift, move, or up to 25lb on a regular basis and up to 40lb on an occasional basis

• Ability to properly count cash and coin to guest while on register

• Fruits & daily preparation tasks (cut fruits, brew tea, coffee, tapioca pearls)

• Ability to perform different tasks required within the store

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures, and comply with company policies

• Ability to adjust to new policies, new recipes, and new ingredients

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills’

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about boba tea and smoothie enviroment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Must be 17 year olds.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people’s needs
